  • A membership-based concierge practice means that you pay an annual fee for medical services, rather than having your insurance billed. This allows Dr. Pearson to keep her panel size smaller and her appointments longer. You will love the easy access to your doctor though the patient portal, phone calls, and text messages!

    While your insurance will not be billed for primary care visits, you will still use your insurance to cover labs, diagnostic testing, and specialists. You may be able to use HSA or FSA funds toward the membership fee; please check with your plan.

  • Your annual fee covers all your appointments with Dr. Pearson, whether you come one or twenty times. You will never pay a copay. Wellness visits are 60 minutes long, while follow-up visits are 30 minutes. For your convenience, you may also receive care through televisits and phone calls. Dr. Pearson will be available 24/7 if you have an urgent issue (with coverage for occasional weekends or vacations).

  • Dr. Pearson is collaborative, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Her patients appreciate that she is a good listener. She practices evidence-based medicine but is also open-minded and holistic. She is comfortable managing complex conditions, treating acute illnesses, and preventing chronic disease; you will find that she provides full-spectrum primary care. You will be able to reach her through a secure patient portal or via phone during business hours, or by cell for urgent issues after-hours.

    When you have a problem that needs specialist care, you can trust that Dr. Pearson will send you to the best in town and will help coordinate your care.

  • If you have previously used Epic and Mychart in the BJC/WU system, Dr Pearson still has access to your records.

    However she will be using a different Electronic Medical Record for the next two years called Athena Health; it has a patient portal for easy messaging, results review, etc.

  • Our fees are as follows:

    • ‍ $2500 yearly for patients >50

    • $1800 yearly for patients <50

    • $1000 for patients <30 who are children of current patients

    If you are a former patient with a financial barrier to joining, please still reach out to discuss options.

  • For now, Dr. Pearson is sharing space with her colleagues at Meramec Dermatology in Arnold.

    Please do not call the office of Meramec Dermatology with questions or to make appointments.

    Dr Pearson plans to move her office back to Creve Coeur in the summer of 2028
